Collaborative Master's Degree in Asia
We are planning to launch a collaborative Master's Degree in Asia. Our team is currently in the proposal development stage to meet this requirement.
2025Business in the Era of Aritifical Intelligence (BEACON)
IRI established a partnership with Batangas State University (The National Engineering University) to serve as our key collaborator in Southeast Asia for the launch of the "BEACON" symposium and the publication of the BEACON Journal. The inaugural event took place from December 3 to 5, 2024.
2024Professional Certifications Launched
IRI has introduced a series of certification courses designed for students, professionals, and organizations, covering a wide range of topics from cybersecurity to physical security.
2023Master's Degree Launched
IRI in partnership with Czech University of Life Sciences Prague (CULS) is jointly teaching the first batch of Master's students in the Global Information Systems Management (GISM) program.
2022Academic Program Prioritized
We developed a Global Information Security Management (GISM) curriculum based on the emerging trends in education and industry. The first part will be a Master's degree in Europe, followed by a Bachelor's program in Asia, and a Doctoral program in the United States.
2021Educational Programs Proposed
IRI and a global consortium of proactive thought leaders worked together to develop an academic impact strategy. The result was a multi-phase certification and degree programs to meet the evolving need of our global knowledge and skilled workers alike.
2020Established in San Diego, California
A team of subject matter experts from diverse competency ranging from Naval Special Operations to Academia started the non-profit research think tank, Intelligence Research Institute (IRI), to enhance the global education, training, and capacity building efforts in Security, Technology, and Intelligence. The IRI Board of Directors unanimously appointed Dr. Akshay Pottathil as President.
